Wuhan Yousigan Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Yousigan Technology") hereby specifically reminds you (the user) to carefully read this "User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") before registering as a user, ensuring that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Your registration, login, usage, and other behaviors will be deemed as acceptance of this Agreement and agreement to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. "User" refers to the individual who registers, logs in, and uses this service. This Agreement may be updated by Yousigan Technology at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are announced, they will replace the original agreement terms. Users can view the latest version of the agreement terms in this application/website. After Yousigan Technology modifies the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please stop using the services provided by Yousigan Technology immediately. The user's continued use of the services provided by Yousigan Technology will be deemed as acceptance of the modified agreement.

1. The specific content of this service is provided by Yousigan Technology according to the actual situation. Yousigan Technology may change the services it provides, and the service content provided by Yousigan Technology may change at any time; users will receive notifications from Yousigan Technology regarding service changes.

2. The services provided by Yousigan Technology include free services and paid services. Users can pay via Alipay to purchase paid services, thereby obtaining the right to use paid services. For paid services, Yousigan Technology will give users clear prompts before use. Only when the user confirms their agreement to pay the fees according to the prompt and completes the payment behavior can the user use such paid services. The completion of the payment behavior is subject to the confirmation notice of "Payment Completed" generated by the third-party payment platform.

1. User personal information includes: user personal information provided by the user voluntarily, such as mobile phone number, email address and other personal information filled in during registration, shared information provided when using the service, etc.

2. In the process of registering an account or using this service, users may need to fill in or submit some necessary personal information, such as identity information required by laws, regulations, and normative documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations"). If the information submitted by the user is incomplete or does not comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, the user may not be able to use this service or may be restricted in the process of using this service.

3. Respecting the privacy of user personal information is a consistent policy of Yousigan Technology. Yousigan Technology will take technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the security of user personal information and prevent the leakage, damage or loss of user personal information collected in this service. In the event of the aforementioned circumstances or when Yousigan Technology discovers the possibility of such circumstances, Yousigan Technology will take remedial measures in a timely manner and inform the user. If the user discovers the existence of the aforementioned circumstances, they must also contact Yousigan Technology immediately.

4. Yousigan Technology will not disclose or reveal user personal privacy information to any third party without user consent, except in the following specific circumstances:

(1) Yousigan Technology provides user personal privacy information according to laws and regulations or the instructions of competent authorities;

(2) Any leakage of personal information caused by the user informing others of their user password or sharing the registered account and password with others, or other leakage of personal privacy information not caused by Yousigan Technology;

(3) The user voluntarily discloses their personal privacy information to a third party;

(4) The user and Yousigan Technology and its partners reach an agreement on the use and disclosure of user personal privacy information, and Yousigan Technology discloses user personal privacy information to the partners accordingly;

(5) Any leakage of user personal privacy information caused by hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion, and other force majeure events;

(6) User personal information has been processed so that specific individuals cannot be identified and cannot be restored.

5. Users agree that Yousigan Technology may use user personal information in the following matters:

(1) Yousigan Technology sends important notifications to users in a timely manner, such as software updates and changes to the terms of this Agreement;

(2) Yousigan Technology conducts internal audits, data analysis, and research to improve Yousigan Technology's products, services, and communication with users;

(3) According to this Agreement, Yousigan Technology manages and reviews user information and takes processing measures;

(4) Other matters stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.

6. Except for the above matters, Yousigan Technology will not use user personal privacy information for any other purpose without the user's prior consent.

7. In order to improve Yousigan Technology's technology and services and provide users with a better service experience, Yousigan Technology may collect and use or provide third parties with users' non-personal privacy information.

8. Yousigan Technology guarantees to collect, use or disclose user personal information under the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity, and will not collect user personal information irrelevant to the services provided.

9. Yousigan Technology attaches great importance to protecting user privacy and has formulated a "Privacy Policy". Users can view the "Privacy Policy". User confirmation and agreement to use the services provided by Yousigan Technology will be deemed as acceptance of the "Privacy Policy".

1. The content mentioned in this article refers to any content produced, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by the user during the use of this service, including but not limited to registration information such as account avatar, name, user description, and authentication materials, or text, voice, pictures, videos, graphics and text sent, replied to or automatically replied to messages and related link pages, as well as other content generated by using the account or this service.

2. Users shall not use the product or this service to produce, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content prohibited by the following laws, regulations, and policies:

(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

(3) Harming national honor and interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

(5) Undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crimes;

(8) Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(9) Failing to comply with the "Seven Bottom Lines" requirements of laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, legitimate rights and interests of citizens, social public order, moral customs, and information authenticity;

(10) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

3. Users shall not use product accounts or this service to produce, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of the product and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:

(1) Containing any sexual or sexually suggestive content;

(2) Containing abusive, intimidating, or threatening content;

(3) Containing harassment, spam advertising, malicious information, or deceptive information;

(4) Involving others' privacy, personal information, or data;

(5) Infringing upon others' reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and other legitimate rights;

(6) Information containing other content that interferes with the normal operation of this service and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

1. Any content transmitted or published by users in this service or through this service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent the views, positions, or policies of Yousigan Technology, and Yousigan Technology does not assume any responsibility for this.

2. Users shall not use product accounts or this service for the following behaviors:

(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing others' avatars or materials, impersonating or using others' names;

(2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on link pages, or share information;

(3) Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;

(4) Using technical means to establish false accounts in batches;

(5) Using product accounts or this service to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;

(6) Producing or publishing methods or tools related to the above behaviors, or operating or disseminating such methods or tools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;

(7) Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users.

3. Users shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and effectiveness of the information transmitted using product accounts or this service. Any legal liability related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user independently and has nothing to do with Yousigan Technology. If any damage is caused to Yousigan Technology or a third party as a result, the user shall compensate according to law.

4. The services provided by Yousigan Technology may include advertisements. Users agree to display advertisements provided by Yousigan Technology and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as clearly provided by laws and regulations, users shall be responsible for transactions conducted based on such advertising information. Yousigan Technology shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by users due to transactions conducted based on such advertising information or content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.

5. Unless written permission is granted by Yousigan Technology, users shall not engage in any of the following behaviors:

(1) Deleting information about copyright on the software and its copies;

(2) Reverse engineering, reverse assembling, reverse compiling the software, or attempting to discover the source code of the software in other ways;

(3) Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, assembling, publishing, publishing, establishing mirror sites, etc., regarding the content for which Yousigan Technology owns intellectual property rights;

(4) Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, hooking, or creating any derivative works of the data released into the memory of any terminal during the operation of the software, the interaction data between the client and the server during the operation of the software, and the system data necessary for the operation of the software, including but not limited to using plug-ins, add-ons, or third-party tools/services not authorized by Yousigan Technology to access the software and related systems;

(5) Adding, deleting, or changing the functions or operating effects of the software by modifying or forging instructions and data in the operation of the software, or operating or disseminating software and methods used for the above purposes to the public, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;

(6) Logging in or using Yousigan Technology software and services through third-party software, plug-ins, add-ons, or systems not developed or authorized by Yousigan Technology, or producing, publishing, or disseminating third-party software, plug-ins, add-ons, or systems not developed or authorized by Yousigan Technology.

1. Yousigan Technology is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of relevant data of users in this service.

2. Yousigan Technology can determine the maximum storage period of user data in this service according to the actual situation and allocate maximum data storage space on the server for it. Users can back up relevant data in this service according to their own needs.

3. If the user stops using this service or this service is terminated, Yousigan Technology can permanently delete the user's data from the server. After the service stops or terminates, Yousigan Technology has no obligation to return any data to the user.

1. Except for the intellectual property rights of advertising and content resources provided by third-party partners involved in this service, which are owned by the corresponding advertisers and third parties, the intellectual property rights of the content provided by Yousigan Technology in this service (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, charts, etc.) belong to Yousigan Technology, unless the user has legally obtained intellectual property rights for the content published by themselves before using this service.

2. Unless otherwise specially declared, the copyright, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights of the software relied upon by Yousigan Technology to provide this service belong to Yousigan Technology.

3. The copyright or trademark rights of the graphics, text, or their composition involved in this service by Yousigan Technology, as well as other Yousigan Technology marks and product and service names (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Yousigan Technology Marks"), belong to Yousigan Technology. Without the prior written consent of Yousigan Technology, users shall not display or use or otherwise process Yousigan Technology Marks in any way, nor shall they indicate to others that the user has the right to display, use, or otherwise process Yousigan Technology Marks.

4. The intellectual property rights owned by Yousigan Technology or relevant advertisers as mentioned above and any others are protected by law. Without the written permission of Yousigan Technology or relevant advertisers, users shall not use or create related derivative works in any form.

5. The intellectual property rights of the information such as text, pictures, video, audio, software, and performance published and uploaded by users when using Yousigan Technology services belong to the users, and the responsibilities are borne by the users. However, the user's publishing and uploading behavior is deemed as authorization to Yousigan Technology. The user understands and agrees to grant Yousigan Technology and its affiliates a global, completely free, irrevocable, exclusive, permanent, sublicensable, and re-licensable right, including but not limited to: reproduction rights, distribution rights, rental rights, exhibition rights, performance rights, projection rights, broadcasting rights, information network dissemination rights, filming rights, adaptation rights, translation rights, compilation rights, and other copyright property rights and neighboring rights enjoyed by copyright owners under the "Copyright Law". Yousigan Technology can choose whether to use and how to use it, including but not limited to using and disseminating the aforementioned information on the service platforms under Yousigan Technology, editing the aforementioned information again for use, and authorizing partners to use, edit, and disseminate it, etc.

1. If Yousigan Technology discovers or receives reports or complaints from others that a user violates the provisions of this Agreement, Yousigan Technology has the right to review and delete relevant content, including but not limited to user information and chat records, at any time without notice, and impose penalties on the violating account, including but not limited to warnings, account bans, etc., depending on the seriousness of the circumstances, without notifying the user of the processing result.

2. Users understand and agree that Yousigan Technology has the right to punish violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations, and save relevant information to report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations, etc. The user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

3. Users understand and agree that for any claims, demands, or losses claimed by any third party, including reasonable attorney fees, caused or generated by the user's violation of the provisions of this Agreement, the user shall compensate Yousigan Technology, its partners, and affiliates, and hold them harmless.

1. Users understand and confirm that in the process of using this service, they may encounter risk factors such as force majeure, which may cause interruption of this service. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, cannot be overcome, and cannot be avoided, and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, and storms, as well as social events such as wars, turmoil, and government actions. When the above situation occurs, Yousigan Technology will strive to cooperate with relevant units as soon as possible to repair it in time, but Yousigan Technology and its cooperative units are exempt from liability within the scope permitted by law for the losses caused to users or third parties.

2. Like most Internet services, this service is affected by differences in factors including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, and social environment, and may be harassed by various security problems, such as others using user data to cause harassment in real life; other software downloaded and installed by users or other websites visited contain viruses, threatening the security of user computer information and data, and then affecting the normal use of this service, etc. Users should strengthen their awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.

3. Users understand and confirm that this service has the risk of service interruption or inability to meet user requirements due to force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technical, Internet, or communication line reasons. Yousigan Technology does not assume any responsibility for any losses of users or third parties caused thereby.

4. Users understand and confirm that Yousigan Technology needs to overhaul or maintain the software or related equipment regularly or irregularly. If such circumstances cause service interruption within a reasonable time, Yousigan Technology does not need to bear any responsibility for this, but Yousigan Technology shall notify in advance.

5. Yousigan Technology obtains the right to deal with illegal or breach of contract content in accordance with laws and regulations and the provisions of this Agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of Yousigan Technology, and Yousigan Technology does not assume any responsibility for:

(1) Services provided by Yousigan Technology to users for free;

(2) Any products or services presented by Yousigan Technology to users.

6. In any case, Yousigan Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or penal damages, including profit losses suffered by users due to the use of our products or this service (even if Yousigan Technology has been informed of the possibility of such losses). Notwithstanding any contradictory provisions in this Agreement, the entire liability of Yousigan Technology to the user, regardless of the cause or method of behavior, shall never exceed the fees paid by the user to Yousigan Technology for using the services provided by Yousigan Technology.

1. In view of the particularity of network services, users agree that Yousigan Technology has the right to change, interrupt, or terminate some or all of the services (including paid services) at any time. If Yousigan Technology changes, interrupts, or terminates the services, Yousigan Technology shall notify the user before the change, interruption, or termination, and shall provide the affected users with equivalent alternative services; if the user is unwilling to accept the alternative services, and if the user has already paid fees to Yousigan Technology, Yousigan Technology shall return the remaining fees to the user after deducting the corresponding fees according to the user's actual use of the services.

2. If any of the following circumstances occur, Yousigan Technology has the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the free services or paid services provided to users without bearing any responsibility to users or any third party:

(1) According to legal regulations, users should submit truthful information, but the personal data provided by the user is untrue or inconsistent with the information at the time of registration and reasonable proof cannot be provided;

(2) The user violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement;

(3) Required by laws or competent authorities;

(4) For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.

1. Yousigan Technology solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this Agreement that exempt Yousigan Technology from liability and restrict user rights. Users are requested to read carefully and consider the risks independently.

2. The validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or controversy occurs between the user and Yousigan Technology, it shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the people's court where Yousigan Technology is located.

3. If any clause of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall remain effective and binding on both parties.

4. Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms listed in this Agreement signed by you and Yousigan Technology may not completely list and cover all rights and obligations between you and Yousigan Technology, and existing agreements cannot guarantee full compliance with future development needs. Therefore, Yousigan Technology's Privacy Policy and product behavior norms are all supplementary agreements to this Agreement, which are inseparable from this Agreement and have the same legal effect. If you use product software services, you are deemed to agree to the above supplementary agreements.

5. If a user discovers anyone violating the provisions of this Agreement or using this service in other improper ways, please immediately report or complain to Yousigan Technology. The reporting or complaint phone number is 027-87610239. Yousigan Technology will handle it in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
